Project:
Launch the NextRE company and build brand by leveraging its 3˝% sales commission and unique strategies for delivering savings to consumers in the Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland tri-state region.
Challenge:
The real estate market in the target geography is saturated by a number of brokers with greater awareness and resources than NextRE. Vamcom’s mission was to rapidly build brand recognition and capture an ever-increasing segment of the available inventory of homes to become an important player in the marketplace.
Solution:
Large scale multimedia campaign, using billboards, radio, print, electronic advertising and PR – coordinated with a consumer friendly, home-search capability on the NextRE Website – quickly institutionalized how NextRE addresses savings to both home sellers and buyers and resulted in an 11% market share.
